On behalf of our entire team at North Carolina Premier Dental (formerly the office of Hunt DDS and Keyser Dentistry), it is with mixed emotions that we inform you that our practice, located at 1622 East Highway 54, Durham, NC 27713, will be closing on October 25, 2024.
While this decision was not made lightly, we want to assure you that your well-being remains our top priority. We are here for you during this transition and will be available for any emergency care you may need. Should you require ongoing dental care, we strongly encourage you to continue with another trusted provider to maintain your dental health. If you need assistance in finding a new provider, please do not hesitate to reach out—we would be happy to help you in any way we can.
Your patient records will be carefully maintained, and you can request a copy by calling us at 919-401-5560 or 919-544-3721 or by emailing us at requests@northcarolinapremierdental.com. We are more than happy to forward your records to your new provider once we receive a written release from you. Please rest assured that your records will be kept secure for the next 10 years from your last date of treatment.
